Sarah is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Masters in Nutrition and Health Promotion. Her goal is to provide a framework for goal achievement that doesn’t involve harsh dieting techniques or restrictive eating habits. It is her experience that long term success is most achievable by simple, habit-based approaches using evidence-based principles and recommendations.

Before a career shift into a clinical position, she spent two years coaching athletes, general population and weight loss clients. The passion for coaching never left her and she decided to return to her roots.

As a former competitive collegiate powerlifter turned jack-of-all-trades (i.e. runner, lifter, mom), Sarah understands first hand the amount of work it takes to accomplish challenging goals. Her personal and professional experience allows her to appreciate the challenges that her clients face so that they can work together to overcome obstacles for ultimate success.
